About Emmanuel
Hi, I’m Emmanuel! I’m a 3rd-year physiotherapy student based in the West Midlands and have worked as an acute care physiotherapy assistant for the past 5 years. In this role, I regularly work alongside senior physiotherapists, nurses and doctors within multidisciplinary teams, which has strengthened my clinical reasoning, communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly. As a student myself, I understand exam pressure, workload and what effective revision actually looks like. I teach GCSE and A-Level Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, with a focus on helping students understand concepts deeply and achieve the best possible outcomes.

In my lessons, I explain key Biology concepts, then we practise past papers and exam-style questions together, focusing on how questions are worded and what examiners are looking for. I use active learning techniques, such as the Feynman Technique, to ensure you truly understand topics rather than just memorise them. I regularly use visual aids and diagrams to make complex ideas easier to grasp. Lessons are typically one hour long, structured and focused, with clear objectives for each session. I provide homework and personalised action plans to consolidate learning and help you track progress over time.
For students interested in healthcare careers, I also offer support with physiotherapy degree interview preparation, including understanding entry requirements, structuring answers, demonstrating insight into the profession and linking A-level Biology to clinical practice. My sessions are suitable for students of all levels, aiming to improve understanding, exam performance and confidence in Biology.
