About Abbie
Hi, I'm Abbie! I'm a 3rd-year Medical Student at the University of Liverpool, specialising in GCSE Biology and Chemistry. Having achieved AAA at A-level and received 4/4 medical school offers, I have a strong academic background and a real passion for science.
I've tutored four students in the past, helping two improve their GCSE Biology and Chemistry grades from 4 to 7 and 5 to 8, while also helping two students secure places at their chosen schools.
Studying medicine has allowed me to take my interest in Biology and Chemistry further and see how scientific concepts apply to real-life situations. I love sharing this enthusiasm with my students and helping them see that science can be both interesting and rewarding.
Having balanced demanding medical studies with my own interests, I understand the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between working hard and enjoying life. I hope to encourage my students to achieve their academic goals while still making time for the things they love.

Having experienced the pressures of school and exams myself, I understand how overwhelming they can feel. I aim to make even the most challenging topics engaging and understandable, adapting my teaching style to suit each student. I also believe that achieving excellent grades doesn't have to come at the expense of enjoying life, so I hope to help students work hard, feel confident and have fun along the way!
