About Hannah
since the age of 16, i've been a yoga addict. in decemeber, i finished my 300 hour teacher training in Goa, India, delving into every aspect of yoga: ashtanga, hatha, pranayama, meditiation, its philpsophy and the anatomy of the human body. yoga has changed my life for the better in countless ways, and it is my mission to share all of the benefits that yoga brings with my students.

Hannah was very friendly and made me feel relaxed and at ease. She was calm and clearly explained each move- taking time to check my posture. She inspired self confidence.
I have had a series of lessons from Hannah. I have gained flexibility and found the breathing techniques very useful in moving forward with my yoga.
