My approach into learning is to be as relatable as possible. When working with people, I want to create an environment that allows barriers to be broken and at the end of the session to come out discovering a new angle of themselves.
Through 1:1 discussion the participant will do confidence building exercises.
Self reflection
Use of past experience to help build future experiences
Drawing upon personal challenges and focusing them into strength.
These sessions are for young women who are battling with self confidence and are finding out hard to merge into society. This is to give them a different perspective and make use of those challenges and use to create a different narrative on what a young woman should be.
