I'm Katy, 30, currently living in West Yorkshire, UK. I have been practicing yoga for 8 years and teaching for 3. I am a 200hr certified teacher with extra qualification in Chair Yoga for seniors. I love all styles but particular Ashtanga. I will always incorporate some meditation and breath work.
