About Laura
Hey, I'm Laura - a 200hr Vinyasa qualified Yoga teacher. I'm Indo-Caribbean and began yoga as a way to calm my mind and move my body through a difficult time, before I realised how connected it was with my culture.
Since then, I started developing a regular practice and in 2024 took my 200hr training. I began teaching group classes but found that some of my students also wanted more personalised 121 sessions.
Teaching online has proved to be a great way for my students to connect with their bodies through guided yoga sessions at a convenient time and place for them.

I take inspiration from nature to connect you to the world beyond your body. My classes are about slowing down, self-compassion and balance.
I'm qualified in Vinyasa yoga and also offer meditation, mindfulness and breathwork sessions too.
My classes are suitable for all levels and we'll work together in your first session to define your goals and understand your body and your relationship with yoga. (It's completely okay if you're starting from scratch.)
