About SOYAMOL
I completed my 200 hrs Yoga TTC from Santhi Yog International Reasearch centre approved by Yoga Alliance International. Also completed one year Diploma in State Resource Council, Kerala, India including all the modules of Yoga darshan. Confidance and proficiency in traditional Hatha Yoga, gives flexibility in body and relaxive mind and Sports Yoga ensure endurance and physical well being. Everyone gets the benefit of Yoga -the magical union of body mind and soul.

Personal aswell as group classing using traditional as well as sport model classes including Asanas, Pranayama and meditation. People get enough awareness of Yoga philosophy and anatomy. Classes are prepared according to the close details of clients as their needs. One hour of minimum is required for a session. I worked as a part time yoga trainer in Pranajyothis Yoga centre, Kallara for the last two years. Beneficiaries of my lessons are both adult and children. Disabled people get special attention and chair yoga also.
