About Brooke
Brooke has worked with large yoga classes and 1:1 practice. She has 2 different 200 hour trainings and is also a certified personal trainer. Her teaching is very alignment and anatomy focused so you are able to understand how to best use your body safely and in the best way for you. You will leave her sessions feeling better informed and physically and emotionally more aligned.
