About Dan
As I've experienced several levels of Mental Health (especially since 2020), I've looked into people stories by articles, posts, and even through text comments. As well as discovering the roots and ways to manage my problems. I came to help people realize what I've realized about existing as a living being. I researched roots behind Procrastination, Diagnosis's, Spectrums, Health, and others. Even with a few inspiring books, and a bit of taught Education. I still started all this from my beginning from scratch. My own research, also my own memorized information. and intend on giving my own individualistic teaching for people.

I allow my Client to give me their story, if you ask for the root of the situation, I try engage within conversation so I help them figure out if there is a problem or a goal/goals needs to be started and be accomplished. I intend to lend offers for not only daily methods, but long term strategies. These can be taken by notes, notebook, Email and/or Social Media videos to help the client learn and be reminded of the task as a plan to set put.
