I am a college student, which means I have wrote my fair share of essays and papers. I have worked with students on their own writing during my time as a Peer Mentor, when I lead classes twice a week according to my own lesson plans and was a guide for them through their first year at a university.

My approach to teaching is very patient and understanding. I try different ways to engage students and can adjust to the type of learning of a student. Some of us are visual learners (like myself), auditory, hands-on or a mix of them. Some need to hear and see information in multiple mediums for it to stick. I like to find out what works best and implement that into lessons.
