I'm a soft-spoken person thus harshly/forcefully teaching is not my way. Instead I'll become a teacher-cum-friend so that students could approach me without any hesitation. I'll help the child in understanding the concept in an easy and memorable way. This will generate a liking towards the subject which will eventually boost up their scores.
