About Sarah
I am a friendly and enthusiastic tutor with a real passion for English and helping students succeed. I have thoroughly enjoyed tutoring a wide range of learners and have been proud to help many improve their grades and boost their confidence. Outside of tutoring, I have lots of hobbies that keep me busy and creative. I love reading all kinds of books, baking and decorating cakes, running to stay active, as well as knitting and painting in my spare time. Currently, I am studying towards a double degree in Law and Economics, which keeps me motivated and excited about learning new things every day. I look forward to sharing my love of English and helping you achieve your goals!

Each lesson is one hour long and tailored to suit the individual student. I take a student-focused approach, adapting to different learning styles to help build confidence and real understanding. Lessons typically include a short recap, focused skill work, and guided practice. I offer homework on request to support learning outside of lessons. I have over two years of professional experience tutoring students aged 4 to 16, both independently and at a tuition centre. I hold two A* grades in GCSE English Language and Literature and specialise in helping students improve across reading, writing, comprehension, and exam preparation.
