About Ore
I am a patient, reliable and approachable tutor who believes confidence is just as important as knowledge. I understand how overwhelming school can feel, especially when concepts do not click straight away, and I aim to create a calm, supportive space where students feel comfortable asking questions. I want to teach because I enjoy helping students build belief in their own ability and develop effective study habits, not just memorise content. I tailor my lessons to each student’s pace and needs, ensuring they feel supported, challenged and motivated to improve.

I am a patient, supportive and hardworking tutor with a strong academic background, having achieved 11 A* grades at GCSE and A grades at A level. I tutor primary and secondary school students, offering support across a wide range of GCSE subjects including Maths, English Language and Literature, History, French, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Religious Studies, as well as A level Maths, History and French. My lessons are typically 60 minutes and are carefully tailored to each student’s needs, whether they require help building confidence, strengthening core understanding or improving exam technique. Having experienced academic pressure myself, I understand that learning does not come easily to everyone, and I take a calm, encouraging approach that prioritises clarity, structure and progress.
