About Tessa
I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in French Language and Cultural Communication after developing a strong interest in international communication, language learning, and cultural exchange during my academic studies. Over the past 5 years, I have worked with students from different backgrounds and experience levels, helping them improve their French through practical instruction and supportive teaching methods. Teaching French allows me to combine communication, creativity, and mentorship in a meaningful and rewarding way. I enjoy helping learners express themselves confidently in another language.
My teaching approach focuses on adaptability, patience, and communication-centered learning. Some students improve best through grammar-focused exercises and structured repetition, while others respond more naturally to conversation and interactive activities. I carefully adapt lessons according to each learner’s confidence level, personality, and communication goals. Along with technical language development, I help students strengthen pronunciation, listening comprehension, vocabulary retention, and conversational fluency. Building a welcoming and encouraging learning atmosphere remains one of my highest priorities.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading French literature, exploring world cinema, and continuing language research through travel and international media. These experiences help me bring fresh ideas and practical examples into lessons regularly. I believe language learning creates opportunities for confidence, global connection, and personal growth. One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is watching students communicate naturally in situations that once felt difficult or unfamiliar.

My French lessons are designed to help students communicate naturally while building strong language foundations through engaging and supportive learning methods. Advanced students strengthen natural expression, smoother fluency, and stronger communication skills for academic, social, or professional situations. I carefully adapt lessons according to each learner’s pace, learning style, and language goals so progress remains balanced and motivating throughout the learning process.
Learning French should feel enjoyable, meaningful, and useful. I encourage students to practice naturally during lessons instead of depending only on memorization techniques. My goal is to help students build strong communication skills while appreciating the culture and beauty connected to the French language.
