About Perez
I am a Certified Fitness Trainer with the ability to demonstrate, motivate and assist more than just delegating and showing off. I am all about YOUR PROGRESS.
I am a world champion in sparring and traditional weapons as well as PanAmerican champ in Kata. Therefore I can also teach kickboxing and martial Arts basics. An instructor and black belt since the year 2005 holding a 2nd degree.
I train both men and women and make everyone feel comfortable, while personalising workouts to their ability and standards. Not everyone is the same ans I get this. Motivational yet reasonable.
