I teach people the fundamentals of weightlifting and boxing, focusing on proper form, technique, and injury prevention. I guide my clients through structured strength-training routines, helping them understand key movements and build consistency. In boxing, I train students in footwork, striking mechanics, defense, and conditioning. Overall, I help people gain confidence, improve athletic performance, and build a strong, healthy lifestyle.
