My teaching method is based on each individuals needs and choice of subject I prefer hands on when it comes to Vedic astrology there are great books that I do reccomend. And with Natural healing and diet I also will reccomend some excellent books .With the Meditation and Yoga practice it is important to want to get a certain time everyday to create a good strong yoga and meditation practice .I love sharing guided meditations .
